CHEF
Chef de Cuisine Roland A. Coulombe career includes culinary posts as an Executive Chef for fine dining restaurants, Frites Restaurant/ Gore Range Brewery , and Lancelot in Vail, Colorado. Chef Roland has worked as a Personal Chef on Fisher's Island. He began his career at the Culinary Institute of America.

Directions:
From I-95 (North or South) take exit 21 (in New York) to 287 West. Follow 287 West to Exit 10 (Webb Av). Continue through traffic light at end of the ramp for 2/10 mile. At next traffic light make a right onto 120A (Westchester Ave.) Follow Westchester three more lights and then turn left into the Hilton Rye Town hotel.
From 287 East (Tappan Zee Bridge), take Exit 10. After exiting, you will be on Westchester Ave. Follow Westchester Avenue ahead while forking left at the signs for Port Chester/120A and the Hilton Rye Town hotel will be four lights ahead on the left.
